The business meeting begins at 11:00am, followed by a potluck luncheon at noon. We encourage you to attend and bring family members with you. We will learn a little more about our past, potentially meet long lost family members, and find out what the future holds for the Shiloh Cemetery and how we can help preserve it for generations to come.
** BRING your lawn chair, a covered dish to share and any photos or family stories you have that we can add to this website and our Facebook page :)
provide us with your information -
Fill out the information form on the CONTACT US page. Include your name, phone number, e-mail address and who you are related to in the cemetery. Then ask other members of your family to do the same. We realized after the vandalism at Shiloh, that we did not have a way to contact many of our members. PLEASE add your name and information to our database. The cemetery association uses your e-mail address to send you an invitation to our Annual Homecoming held each April. We may also occasionally e-mail you about important information concerning the cemetery. Sending information out via e-mail, versus spending money on printing and postage, saves our valuable donations for other needs.
Donate -
The majority of donations collected go towards keeping the cemetery mowed - that is our biggest expense. Thankfully several members graciously spray weed killer along the fence line and around the markers, making it a little easier for the mowers to do their job. An additional expense is maintaining the many 100+ year old monuments in our beautiful cemetery. Age, weather, ground movement and general deterioration is not stopping our crew from keeping these extraordinary markers from looking great! Our cemetery looks wonderful!
There are several ways to donate: you may bring your donation to our annual homecoming, drop a check in the mail, or use the PayPal link below to make a one-time donation or to set up a monthly recurring donation.
